In the fabrication process, we begin with wire and sheet metal as our raw materials. These pieces are cut, shaped and forged into the individual elements of the final product. Pieces are then soldered or welded together as the creation takes shape. This process involves much more careful fitting and finishing work during the assembly than most castings. Once the piece is assembled and pre-finished, any stones are set. Final finishing, polishing and cleaning bring the process to completion.
