All of the products listed on these pages can be ordered directly. We accept Paypal, money orders, bank checks or personal checks. Orders paid by personal check will be held for check clearance.

SHIPPING

All items in stock will be shipped on the next business day. In all other cases we will inform you by email the projected shipping date for your approval. Shipping charges are added as follows:


under $100, shipping is $5.00
from $100 to $199, shipping is $8.00
$200 and over, shipping is $15


Special shipping charges may apply to unusually high value or high weight packages.
Our standard shipping is US Priority Mail. At $100 we add insurance, at $200 we ship registered/insured. If you have other shipping requirements, please inquire.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we must be informed within 14 days of your purchase and must receive any returns within 30 days to ensure proper credit. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be unused and unaltered. Rings cannot have been sized, etc. Ring sizing and other adjustments are at no charge at the time of purchase. After that time, our normal retail charges apply. We stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship. If you have any problems with your purchase within 1 year, it will be repaired at no charge to you, providing there is no outside damage to the piece.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Our products are stocked as listed on this site. Any of our products can be special ordered in the following metals: Sterling Silver, 14K yellow, white or pink gold, 18K yellow, white or pink gold. Most can also be ordered in platinum. We can also supply most types of stones, or use a stone you already have. Please email us for pricing and ordering information.
